He has established a strong reputation for delivering large-scale commercial interior projects and turnkey execution solutions with a focus on quality, precision, and timely delivery.
He founded AIMS Buildmart in 2011 with a clear vision to build a results-driven organization capable of serving corporate and institutional clients with world-class execution standards. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a startup into a trusted industry name, working with multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and government bodies.
As the strategic head of the organization, Mr. Singh is responsible for overall business direction, execution strategy, and organizational growth. His leadership approach emphasizes operational efficiency, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery excellence.

Mr. Suresh Jha serves as Vice President at AIMS Buildmart Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 30 years of experience in project execution, procurement, and operational management.
He has strong expertise in process automation, global procurement, tender management, and business development, with a proven ability to streamline operations and deliver large-scale projects efficiently.
At AIMS Buildmart, he leads end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across assignments. He has contributed to the successful execution of multiple high-value commercial and institutional projects, including interior fit-outs at the World Trade Center, New Delhi.
Known for his structured approach and operational discipline, Mr. Jha plays a key role in driving efficiency, strengthening execution capabilities, and supporting the company’s sustained growth.
Ritesh Ratan
Vice President – Private & Corporate Projects
Mr. Ritesh Ratan serves as Vice President at AIMS Buildmart Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 23+ years of experience across operations, infrastructure project execution, administration, and business leadership. He leads the company’s private and corporate business vertical, driving end-to-end delivery of commercial interior and infrastructure projects along with revenue growth initiatives.
In his role, he oversees business operations, project execution, cost optimization, and organizational development, with a strong focus on process automation, scalable systems, and global procurement. He plays a key role in strengthening execution frameworks, improving margins, and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
Prior to AIMS Buildmart, Mr. Ratan held senior leadership roles across reputed organizations, where he managed large-scale facility setups, multi-location operations, and end-to-end infrastructure execution across India.
With extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and operational planning, he has consistently delivered projects within defined timelines, compliance frameworks, and cost structures.
